Career move

Who it is for: Managers and specialists preparing their next move

Most careers do not stall for lack of talent. They stall because nobody plans the move: the story stays vague, the applications go out tired, and the interview improvises what should have been rehearsed.

Who it is for

  • Managers and specialists aiming for the next role, internally or outside
  • Anyone stuck at the “I should really move” stage for over a year
  • Candidates with interviews coming up and no time to waste

What we work on

  • Positioning: the two or three roles you are actually a strong fit for, with proof
  • A track record told as results, not as job descriptions
  • Targeting: fewer applications, better answered
  • Interview rehearsal with the hard questions, then salary negotiation

How it unfolds

Eight sessions over three months. Every session ends with one concrete deliverable (a positioning note, a rewritten CV, a rehearsed pitch) and the program ends when the plan is executed, not just written.

Promoted to Head of Operations in 7 months

I came in wanting to “get better at visibility”, which meant nothing. Two sessions later I had a real goal, a number and a date. The plan felt almost boring, and it worked.

Retrained as a data analyst, hired three weeks after the program

The reality-testing saved me. My fantasy plan A died in week three (in an interview with someone who actually does the job) and plan B turned out to be the right one. I changed careers without burning my savings.
