Team coaching

Who it is for: Leadership teams of 4 to 10 people

Teams do not underperform because people are lazy. They underperform because the real conversation happens in the corridor after the meeting, and the meeting itself produces minutes instead of decisions.

Who it is for

  • Leadership and management teams of 4 to 10 people
  • Teams after a merger, a reorganisation or a change of leader
  • Good teams stuck at “polite”, where nobody says the hard thing

What we work on

  • A shared, unvarnished reading of how the team works today, gathered in individual interviews
  • Decision rules: who decides what, and what “agreed” actually commits you to
  • The two or three conflicts everyone knows about and nobody names
  • A meeting system that produces decisions with owners and dates

How it unfolds

One quarter: individual interviews first, then four half-day workshops with the whole team, then a follow-up session six weeks later to check what stuck, and fix what did not.

Promoted to Head of Operations in 7 months

I came in wanting to “get better at visibility”, which meant nothing. Two sessions later I had a real goal, a number and a date. The plan felt almost boring, and it worked.

Retrained as a data analyst, hired three weeks after the program

The reality-testing saved me. My fantasy plan A died in week three (in an interview with someone who actually does the job) and plan B turned out to be the right one. I changed careers without burning my savings.

  • A written proposal within three working days
  • On site, in our room at the address below, or hybrid, whatever the team needs
